How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping will depend on current shipping rates. We do offer FREE Shipping on all orders $99 or more. 

**Please note that our candles are made to order. We will ship out in 3-5 business days. 

If you qualify for free shipping it will be shipped either USPS Priority or UPS Ground**

 

How soon will my order be shipped out?

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Our products are made to order and have to cure before we can ship.

 

 

 

What happens if my product is damaged when I receive it?

We want you to be pleased with your Tennessee Tulips Co. products. If you receive your candle and it is damaged please contact us at info@tennesseetulipsco.com with a picture of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery. 

We will gladly send you out a replacement. 

 

What if I don't like the scent I've chosen once I receive it? 

As long as your candle has not been used, it may be returned. We unfortunately can not pay the return shipping fees. We will also require a $25 restocking fee before we can send out a replacement candle. 

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of order. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us at info@tennesseetulipsco.com.

 

Will I be charged sales tax on my order? 

All orders will be charged the sales tax of the county you live in. 

 

What payment methods are accepted at checkout? 

Tennessee Tulips Co. accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, ApplePay, ShopPay  and Sezzle. 

 

What if I decide I don't want what I ordered?

Please contact us within 24 hours from purchase. We can change the product or issue a store credit. We are unable to offer refunds because all products are handmade and custom, so ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
