How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping will depend on USPS & UPS current shipping rates. We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING on all order $100 or more. Please note that the shipping time at checkout is not actual shipping time. All orders are handmade upon our  receipt of your order. Our current lead time is 7-10 business days. 

 

 How soon will my order be shipped out?

We are currently shipping out within 7-10 business days. If your product is currently available and we don't have to make it then it will ship out the next business day. 

 

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, we offer local pickup at Dandelion Market in Clinton, TN. You can place your order online and select the pick up option at checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready. 

 

What happens if my product is damaged when I receive it?

We want you to be pleased with your Tennessee Tulips Co. products. If you receive your candle and it is damaged please contact us at info@tennesseetulipsco.com with a picture of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery. 

If you have purchased a vintage candle please note that we can not replace these. You will be issued a store credit that can be used any time and will not expire. 

 

What if I don't like the scent I've chosen once I receive it? 

As long as your candle has not been used, it may be returned. We unfortunately can not pay the return shipping fees.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of order. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us at info@tennesseetulipsco.com.
